Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

   These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Gold Eagle Casino (the "Casino" or "Gold Eagle Casino"), including but not limited to, the gaming floor, restaurant, bar, and event venue. By using the Casino's facilities or participating in any activities or promotions offered by the Casino, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Age and Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years of age (or such other minimum age as may be prescribed by law) to enter the Casino and participate in its activities or promotions. You warrant that you are eligible to use the services offered by the Casino, including but not limited to gaming and dining.

3. Liability

   The Casino shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation in any activity or promotion offered by the Casino, except as provided under applicable law. You agree to hold harmless the Casino, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors (collectively, "Related Parties") from any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses, damages, costs, expenses, or liabilities that may arise out of your use of the services offered by the Casino.

4. Responsible Gaming

   The Casino promotes responsible gaming practices and encourages patrons to gamble within their means. You agree to inform staff if you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem and take advantage of resources provided by the Casino for support, such as self-exclusion or setting deposit limits.

5. Payment Terms

   All payments made through the use of any service offered by the Casino are final and non-refundable. The Casino reserves the right to modify payment terms at its discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

   The intellectual property rights in all materials, including but not limited to software, games, music, photographs, and other visual or textual works (collectively, "Materials"), displayed on the website of the Casino are owned by the Related Parties or their respective suppliers. You agree that you will only access and use such Materials for personal non-commercial purposes.

7. Changes

   The Casino reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion from time to time, including but not limited to changing any rules, policies, procedures, pricing, promotions, or games offered by the Casino. Your continued participation in activities or promotions after posting of changes shall be deemed acceptance thereof.

8. Dispute Resolution

   Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions or your use of services provided by the Casino will be governed solely by applicable law. You agree to submit all such disputes to arbitration administered under rules for commercial arbitrations, as amended from time-to-time.

9. Severability

   If any provision in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and will not affect the validity and enforceability of other provisions contained in this document.

10. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in Saskatchewan, Canada, without giving effect to any conflict-of-laws principles. The parties agree to submit to jurisdiction and venue in North Battleford, Saskatchewan for all disputes arising from these terms and conditions.

11. Entire Agreement

    This document contains the entire agreement between you and us regarding its subject matter. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by an instrument in writing executed by a duly authorized representative of both parties.

12. Notice

    Any notice required under this Agreement will be in writing, sent to the address appearing on our website for such purpose, and deemed delivered three (3) days after dispatch whether received or returned as undeliverable.

13. Waivers

    You hereby waive any right that you may have to assert or bring any claim against us arising out of your participation in activities or promotions offered by the Casino, except as specifically allowed under applicable law.

14. Cession and Transfer

We reserve our rights under these terms and conditions at all times including but not limited to sale, assignment transfer and cession for what purpose soever and notwithstanding any change in ownership management control corporate structure status policies procedures or whatsoever name the use of this document.
